Serving Dishes — Crockery, Cutlery & Tableware

Serving dishes for sharing menus: Steelite and Olympia platters by the pack, oven-to-table baking dishes and melamine for buffets.

Buying serving dishes

Sharing menus built this range. Steelite platters lead it, Terrace coupes, Revolution Jade and Granite zest platters and black Nyx Nordic ovals, sold in packs of six to 24, alongside Olympia whiteware ovals, Crème Galerie porcelain baking dishes that go oven to table, and melamine serving plates from a few pounds for buffet work.

Measure the tables before the platters. A 340mm coupe platter plus two glasses and a candle does not fit a 700mm bistro top, and food that arrives crowded looks worse than food plated small. Keep melamine for outdoor and buffet lines, save the vitrified pieces for service, and let the baking dishes double as both.
