Buying upright fridges

Most kitchens run on one or two of these cabinets, so the range leans on proven names: Liebherr from compact reach-ins to 2/1 GN and ProfiLine cabinets, Hoshizaki Premier stainless uprights, with Sterling Pro and Vestfrost where budgets are tighter. Wine cabinets and medical fridges sit at the edges, and prices run from a few hundred pounds to several thousand for double door cabinets.

Check the interior takes your GN pans before anything else; a 2/1 GN footprint saves decanting and cuts waste. Forced-air models pull back to temperature quickly after a door has stood open through service, and a stainless exterior earns its keep next to a hot line.
