Everything in this section is Tefcold, and it splits cleanly in two: scoop displays for selling, from the compact IC301 with canopy up to ventilated Bermuda, Fiji and Millennium counters for a full gelato offer, and glass-lid chest freezers for storage and self-serve impulse sales. Prices run from just over five hundred pounds for a small chest to five figures for the largest ventilated displays.

The scooping question decides the spec. Static displays are fine for pre-packed tubs, but if staff are serving scoops all day, ventilated cooling keeps the surface workable rather than frozen hard on top and soft beneath. Count your flavours honestly as well; a smaller counter kept full looks better than a big one half empty.
