Buy the worktop as much as the fridge. A counter that takes full GN pans straight from the line saves decanting, and a refrigerated pan rail keeps garnish at temperature through service instead of sweating on the pass. Check the height against your existing benches, and think about where the compressor breathes in a tight galley.
