Copper Muddler 9" (22.5cm)
Description
Muddling is about bruising herbs and breaking fruit enough to release oil and juice without shredding anything, and a 9in tool gives the reach to work at the bottom of a tall glass without knuckles in the way. Copper gives this Steelite Utopia muddler a warm finish that photographs well and suits bars where the build is part of the experience. At 22.5cm it is long enough for a highball and still controllable in a rocks glass. Keep it dry between services, since copper marks and dulls when left…
