Thimble Wine Measure 125ml CE

Description

Serving wine by the glass to a stated measure is a legal requirement, and a stamped measure is how a bar proves it. This thimble measure is 125ml and carries the CE stamp, so it can be used in trade. Bars use them for accuracy at the point of pour and for training staff to recognise what a correct measure actually looks like in a glass. Keeping one behind the rail also settles the occasional customer question without argument. Store it where it will not be used for anything else, and check…
