Lincat Silverlink 600 Electric Counter-top Bain Marie - Wet Heat - Gastronorms - Base only - W 300 mm - 1.0 kW
Description
Holding one or two items at a service point does not call for a full width bain marie, and 300mm is about as small as they come. Lincat build it into the Silverlink 600 counter-top range with wet heat at 1.0 kW, and it takes gastronorm containers so it works with pans you already stock. Note that this is the base only, so order your own gastronorms to match the menu. Wet heat is gentler than dry and better for anything that skins or dries at the edges. Fill before service, watch the level…
