Utensils — Food Preparation Equipment
Commercial kitchen utensils priced for restocking in bulk: tongs, basting spoons, turners and ladles, most of them in single figures.
Buying utensils
Tongs, spoons and turners are the things kitchens lose, bend and melt, so this range keeps them cheap and in every format: polycarbonate and heavy-duty stainless tongs, basting and slotted spoons with hook handles, buffet ladles, griddle scrapers, French fry baggers and colour-coded scissors, most of it from Chef Set and priced in single figures.
Order utensils by the half dozen, not the unit; at five or six pounds each, a drawer of spares costs less than one service run short. Match tong material to the job, polycarbonate for salads and garnish, one-piece stainless where they meet the grill. Hook handles earn their keep on deep gastronorms, and a colour-coded pair of scissors per section stops the wandering.
