Buying dispensing
Dispensing here means the front counter: in-counter and wall-mount lid dispensers sized in bands from 70mm to 127mm, bulk straw dispensers, lid and straw towers, and pump systems for sauces and condiments, from Frontline in-counter systems and EZ-Chill pump boxes to three and five-pump centres. Straightforward straw units start under fifty pounds; a full multi-pump centre is a proper investment.
Measure before you order anything in-counter. Lid dispensers are sold by diameter band, from 70 to 95mm up to 97 to 121mm, so check the lids you actually buy, and use the hot-rated version for hot lids. Decide whether you can cut the counter; if not, a lid and straw tower does the same job on top. Only commit to a multi-pump centre where volume justifies cleaning five pumps a night.
