Induction Ranges
Three phase induction ranges with four or six zones, free-standing or drop-in. Plus a floor standing 8 kW stock pot range.
CookTek ranges put four or six induction zones under one glass ceramic top. The 4 zone range comes as 14, 17 or 20 kW. The 6 zone range is 21 kW. Both come free-standing or drop-in and run on 415 V three phase. Each zone has its own rotary control, and a fault on one zone does not stop the others. These are quoted personally. The stock pot range is a floor standing 8 kW unit for pots up to 560 mm across.
