Induction Planchas
Full size three phase planchas in standard or chrome steel, and half size single phase drop-ins. Plus the FaHeater sizzle plate charger.
The full size plancha is a 14 kW three phase griddle with two 7 kW zones. Each zone is set separately, up to 275 C. The top is chrome or standard steel, flat or half grooved, countertop or drop-in. CookTek states the surface reaches 275 C in under 10 minutes. Full size units are quoted personally. The half size drop-in is 7 kW on single phase with a 584 x 305 mm surface. The FaHeater is not a griddle: it heats sizzle plates on three adjustable timers.
